1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us via email or phone before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Returns for Customers Outside the European Union
For customers located outside the European Union (including the United States and Canada), we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery as part of our customer service policy.
While EU statutory withdrawal rights do not apply outside the EU, we maintain consistent return conditions for all customers unless otherwise required by local laws.
3. Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

- All original packaging, accessories, and tags included
- Proof of purchase (order number) provided
4. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items missing essential components or packaging
- Personalized or custom-made products (where applicable)
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 3–7 business days (depending on your payment provider)
Where required by law (including EU regulations), refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or valid proof of return.
Standard outbound shipping costs may be refunded where required by applicable laws.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect → we cover return shipping
- For all other reasons (e.g. change of mind) → customer is responsible for return shipping
7. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking or handling fees.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must be followed.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Product photos
- Packaging photos
- Shipping label
This timeframe is required for logistics verification and does not affect your legal consumer rights.
10. Return Authorization
Returns must be approved before being sent.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
