1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union (EU). Shipping availability is displayed at checkout before completing your order.

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and estimated delivery timelines are provided in our Shipping Policy.

3. Where are your products shipped from?

Our products are sourced and shipped through trusted international partners to ensure quality and efficient delivery worldwide.

4. Do you offer order tracking?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, we can modify or cancel it. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

This timeframe is for verification purposes only and does not affect your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
